Help for Victims of Hurricane Harvey
Penstar Power is a Texas based company that stands together to support our fellow Texans suffering from the disastrous effects of Hurricane Harvey. It is our goal to work tirelessly to ease the minds of our customers and allow them to focus on their families and the recovery of their communities. We will continue to do our part to help and assist the recovery efforts.
We stand by our customers and to show our support, we are committed to the following efforts through the entire month of September:
- To minimize the financial burden many of you are currently experiencing, we will not charge any late fees.
- We will not disconnect your power. If you experience an interruption during this time, contact us or Centerpoint immediately.
- If you need flexible payment arrangements or a deferred payment plan, our caring team will work to address your specific situation.
Our hearts go out to all those who have experienced loss because of Hurricane Harvey. Penstar Power is extremely grateful to the many efforts by emergency responders and volunteers from all over the county that rushed in to help.
